a 13-year-old boy is recovering after being attacked by a shark in southern california. this is video of the rescue given to us by a viewer. this happened saturday morning as the boy was lobster diving in waters off of encinitas.. near san diego. the boy was rushed to a hospital with injuries to his upper body. the hospital says the boy is expected to make a full recovery.
