19-year-old man on the 200 block of 13th street in san francisco on monday before driving to southern california. at last update... the victim was still in critical condition. police were able to get a license plate number for the shooter's car. that car turned up in riverside county near the arizona border. the c-h-p located the man and there was a shootout. no officers were injured. it is not clear if the gunman was injured before being taken into custody.
