southern plains area through the weekend. >> the woman known as a serial stowaway is scheduled to appear in an illinois court on charges have tried to sneak on to planes in chicago. marlin hardman has been arrested last few weeks at both airports, o'hare and mid- way. most recent arrest happened sunday at mid-way. agents caught her loitering at a check point. surveillance video showed she tried to slip through airport security in minneapolis back in january. hartman has been arrested 11 times since march of last year, trying to sneak on to flights, including at san jose and fso. >>> service expected to return to normal. a couple problems caused systemwide delays yesterday. the first issue, a 10-inch broken rail between the 16th street and civic stations in san francisco. bart gave us a photo of the gap. you can see a dollar bill goes in there, just to see how big that gap. is unclear what caused the break, but frustrated riders were stuck for hours to wait for the track to be repaired. >> a lot of cranky people. they don't want to stop to talk to me. >> we believe it was replaced about a year ago. >> in the afternoon, the b

here's where that line is now anywhere from illinois all the way back into texas. it's the southern edge of the line that still has more of the severe weather but heavy rain in the whole thing. the different pings reports coming in from yesterday, this morning the reports we've seen were hail so far but a number of reports including the tornadic oklahoma texas and another area around south dakota that we saw that. most of what we see on the hazards mat the greens, that is still flood concerns. in texas, severe thunderstorm warnings are in effect. most of that this morning has been hail. here's the widespread area. it's slight by large. anywhere from the great lakes all the way to the gulf coast we could be dealing with this today and then as the front progresses tomorrow, even less of a risk, so that's good, but the rain really centers over texas, so we could have a couple days of flooding rain once we get saturated from this currently event. >> this is a pretty severe system, nicole mitchell, thank you very much. >> in the philippines, two people have been killed after typhoon noel
