we have one little shower now we've tracked really from southern frederick county across the river through loudoun and now fairfax and now it's entering southwestern fairfax south of 66 and actually headed for prince william county. it's a pretty good little storm, nothing crazy severe, but it has some pretty good rains in it, rainfall rate over an inch per hour, raining at george mason and fairfax and the heaviest rain now down 123 toward clifton and it is going to move essentially due south. so it's headed essentially all the way south through prince william county even toward lakewood estates at about 6:15 on our storm tracker, so should there be by now. so the good news is, though, the main headline is rest the ac tonight, simply gorgeous, friday warmer but not humid and heat and humidity will return this weekend and set up camp for a while. 10:00 tonight we're generally clear, temps in the low 70s in the burbs, mid-70s downtown, but by 6 a.m. everybody is in the 60s and 52 in oakland tomorrow morning and even by 9:00 we're still in the 60s. so the kids going to camp may actually want a sweate
