again there, you can see down into southern maryland.s where the last of the raindrops are, and they're moving away from washington, headed down towards the mouth of the bay. good riddance to the rain shower chances. the bulk of the rain missed us anyway, down to the south and southwest. clearing trend across pennsylvania and ohio. our breaks of sunshine will continue to increase as we go through the remainder of the day, i think, as a little bubble of high pressure brings cooler, drier air in. a north to northeasterly breeze for today that will help keep the temperatures in check for much of the week. normally, if it we get four or five days in a row with rain, we start to see a warming trepd. that will not be the case. temperatures are hold steady, mid-70s for highs and through the remainder of the upcoming week. today more clouds than sunshine, but don't be fooled. it's still going to be a very nice day. a quick shower an outside possibility but not a likelihood. otherwise, a delightful mother's day. highs in the upper 60s to low 70s.

the thunderstorms will be tracking to southern maryland. that is the way the weekend will shape up. scattered showers in and around the area and not a complete washout but the threat of rain will linger for the next couple of days. we have a's day, possibility but it looks like tomorrow may have a better chance for random on sunday. we're talking 20% chance of late sunday shower and that will be mainly in the morning and primarily to the south of baltimore. the temperature is right around normal levels for this time of year, the highs in the low '70's. it was kind of like to date but if you're up early, you experience a record-tying a chilly morning. the record low was only 40 degrees which is nine below. the below it was a pretty vulnerable record and we got there this morning. at the airport, the morning low of 40 and the afternoon i was 72 degrees. tree and grass pollen remain very high. 68 degrees in salisbury. there were some showers and western maryland, keeping readings and the '50s. scattered showers are still around on the eastern shore until 9:00 and skies will clear out t
