was on board a plane mean that's passengers on the flight had to find a different flight to oakland. somebody spotted the rat during boarding. 110 passengers were put on other flights to portland. the plane was taken out of service and an exterminator was brought in to remove the rat. >>> airline passenger in trouble with the law this morning after he opened up one of the emergency exits and climbed out. this shows the 57-year-old polish man out on the wing of the plane. it happened on new year's day. the man appeared to think about jumping on to the tarmac but was eventually talked into
