this is southwest philadelphia. we're dry and clear. man is it cold, sitting on the mid span of the platt bridge. you have to warm up the car before you head out. the walt whitman bridge looking good no problems coming in and out of the city and no major delays on any of the area bridges. >> reporter: on the big board we have chilly numbers currently with temperatures below the freezing mark. windchills around 20 and not a lot different by 89:00. lots of sunshine up over the horizon across the region. 28 degrees, farther south you go through the region, the better chance you'll have of cloud cover. 34 by noon. 41 by 3:00 p.m. looks like we'll get a high of 42 around 4:00. and back to 38 degrees by 6:00 p.m. checking the national maps, precipitation in the southeast a little bit of snow moving in toward chicago and the pacific northwest a bit on the rainy side. as we look at the airport, you can see precipitation in a couple of spots. chicago o'hare has snow report the right now. rain in atlanta. nope major delays just yet. about you tho
