there is a little bit of isis in southwest syria. but for the most part, u.s. operations are focused elsewhere. and it doesn't seemed at least at first cut like this cease fire will have any sort of effect on what the u.s. is doinging against the fight against isis. all that said, it's a first step, there have been cease fires in the past, they haven't held very long and it's a way to build trust between some of the parties, in this case jor ban da jordan, russia and the united states. >>...
