we have 18,000 people evacuated out of southwest louisiana almost texas, but the vast remainder are inrleans. when we thought sally was taking a direct aim for new orleans, we were very concerned. that's why we declared the emergency. the president gave us a prelandfall declaration of emergency for louisiana which we're very thankful for. that allowed us to bring in a lot of assets for search and rescue boats and crew members and stuff like that. so we're now leaning forward and some of those are being repositioned now in alabama, for example, and we're going to be looking to help our neighbors in mississippi and alabama because we have a lot of assets that are staged in southeast louisiana today. although that storm hasn't yet, i know it's forecast it hasn't yet started that turn to the north so we're going to be watching that very, very carefully. it's moving so slow and it wobbled around overnight we have confidence in the forecast, but we want to make absolutely sure it does turn north before we reposition assets out of southwest louisiana. >> let's go from what you are doing in te
