lots of sunshine and a southwesterly breeze put things well below normal. when you add in today's numbers, average out to the temperatures, and with just a couple days to go we are in seventh place for the warmest day in baltimore. this is certainly in the top and with an average temperature of 40.6 degrees. it is still miles outside. showing up across a good part of the eastern shore, although western maryland is dropping into colder air. there is a cool front out there. this band of clouds has dissipated as it goes through, of the cold front has already passed through parts of frederick, so the westerly wind will tap into cold air by morning. 42 in downtown baltimore. this front is just now reaching baltimore, so the high pressure comes in. it is kind of cold over the midwest. we are going to notice a decent temperature dropped tomorrow. this storm will be approaching so wednesday it will be better as well. sunny to partly cloudy skies across the region tomorrow. we will see a little bit of cloud cover during the day tomorrow afternoon, and the cloud cove
