another core project that we have is sp-163 wrap-around program. this is something that theykes state and federal funding for children, the foster care placement funding and allows us to draw down that same level of funding, but provide services for children in family settings who are at risk of going to a high level group home placement. so we're able to access more funding to provide the services that they need to maintain them in family settings. and that is an interagency partnership between human services, mental health, juvenile probation, and the school district. and then seneca connections is the private agency that actually provides the service. so it's primary -- primarily the child welfare kids and the few mental health clients who access that. and this just gives a little bit more description of who is actually eligible for the service. you need to be in at risk of group home placement and you need a 362 status or be a.b. 3632 eligible or have a.p. we're also offering it to adoptive families to make sure the adoptions stay in place. sup

sp weather. i guess there's a lot of halloween parties and events planned for this weekend. now we still have a couple days to iron this out. but the things are changing for the weekend. today we're all right. we have the fog. once that burns back it will be sunny. a lot of rain in southern california. record rain yesterday in san diego, palm springs even santa barbara at a half inch of rain. l.a. about .40. what continues for us is fog. a lot on the coast and especially inland. if kids are like what's the forecast today? it will be chilly in the morning and then mild in the afternoon. and then warm later in the afternoon. so probably wear shorts and not wear a jacket. that's the way it works. but any way similar to what we had yesterday if i want to pass the word along. for us what we are looking for will continue to be this fog and temperatures 70s for some, 60s for others. concord's forecast starting off at 50 under mostly clear skies. we'll go 70 as noon and a high of 76 which is similar to yesterday. 50 to 53. everybody's close here. napa, livermore concord at 50. three
