kron4 charles clifford has those details. >> reporter: since the death of lynn spalding last fall there have been multiple investigations looking into exactly how she died at the state and federal level. this new report requested by san francisco mayor ed lee takes a broader look at san francisco general's security procedures. ucsf's review of san francisco general's security procedures started last october and the final report was delivered to mayor ed lee in the city on friday. among the findings the report conclude the hospital should invest in new security equipment and technology, create space for a security operation center and higher a full time security manager. san francisco's department of health manages two hospitals including the general and about 24 clinics across the city. the departments director says that many of the recommendations meant for sf general could be applied to other locations as well we see this report not only for san francisco general hospital but we are utilizing these recommendations for our entire security system throughout the department of health. >>
