(mark) beach goers in spain had quite the scare when a shark came dangerouly close to shore. the shark seemed to struggle just to get back into shallow water. lifeguards closed the beach while this was happening. officials from an aquarium were called into look for the shark. they later found it and captured it. the shark looked like it had a deadly head injury caused by a harpoon. it is not clear if the shark was injured before or after it was seen near the beach.
