(pam) and i'm pam moore nia wilson's family says, bart has failed to ensure their riders are safe. our grant lodes is here to tell us about the changes the family is now demanding. (grant) they blame fare evasion, in part, for violence on bart...the suspect had been dentified previsuly as someone who rode trains and didn't pay. the family believes if bart had a better system in place c evaders, then nia would still be alive. in filing this lawsuit, the family does want money...but their attorney's say the family is also hoping the this will increase safety for all passengers. wilson was killed at the macarthur bart station. she was on the platform with her two other sisters, when police say, trans
