spring garden street bridge no access from university city, up and over into that art museum area the ramps from the vine street expressway to exit down mode all the way through weekend. oh, we have another event coming to town this weekend, the penn relays begin tomorrow , and, for wednesday, tuesday, wednesday decatlon typically lighter volume on those two days but thursday is biggie, thursday, friday, saturday, they expect hundred thousand people, here at university of pennsylvania here for the penn relays. now all that traffic of course trying to exit schuylkill expressway, folks trying to get to and from the draft, free parking at stadium complex for the draft and for penn relays. here's what city officials hope you do you park at stadium area take broad street subway to city hall. going to the draft you take a nice walk up the parkway to the art museum. if you get to the penn relays jump on the market frankford line and into university city. that is best bet by far, even if you are not going to the penn relays i would park there and use the train to get in and out of the center
