here's the spur, trying to get to the inner loop.o if you're just heading out the door, you know what to avoid. now what you need to do is maybe take montrose, randolph. connecticut avenue combination, to connecticut. that will get you around it north of the beltway as well. so again, inner loop before 355 will be blocked for at least another hour so those that have been stuck on the beltway have been there already for two hours and not moving. now let's take a look at the other side. here's what it looks like at montrose road southbound 270. these are the people that will hit that delay to eastbound 495, now let's take a look at the outer loop where there's another accident at connecticut avenue. hence this delay as well. i'll be back with more coming up in a few minutes. back to you guys. >>> thank you monika. cbs news takes a look at the latest developments in the presidential race. >> one of the stories fora o'donnell has -- norah o'donnell on "cbs this morning." she joins us from washington. good morning to you. >> hey good morn

inner loop is slowing at the exit for the northbound 207 spur or to continue around towards 355. i know it's the bit out of the wait but at least it is moving to go northbound on the spur and use those options of democracy boulevard or montrose road as your workaround. authorities tell me inner loop traffic is being diverted off at old georgetown road. the roadway will be blocked until further notice. no one is getting by on the inner look loop headed over towards rockville. southbound 270, you will merge on to the inner loop past the accident scene. this will not affect you. northbound on the gw park way in virginia, accident activity occurred before the memorial bridge. you are in a tie-up leaving the memorial bridge. that's a check of your fox 5 on-time traffic. >>> it looks like potential voters in maryland could be leaning towards approval for both the dream act and same-sex marriage. a "washington post" poll finds that 59% of likely voter in the state backed the dream act which would allow undocumented immigrants to pay in-state tuition rates. 35% opposed it. 52% favor ques
