all of my friends at the st. louis post dispatch, it was a struggle sometimes but at the end of the day that was one of my best working experiences in terms of the culture of people who really fought hard to get the best information and the best news for the people of st. louis. what matt and i are going to do is talk through the book about how we see it. this book is different. and in two seconds i will talk about how it came together. it is told from the standpoint of a law enforcement person who is black and blue because he is in law enforcement and he's true to both of those professions. at the end of the day he's a cop and an african-american male. he lived both sides of that and a line in the book, lived on both sides of the barrel and literally that happened, almost about to shoot someone and we have an incident in providence in which he almost got shot when he was in uniform. he wasn't in uniform when working on the cover. so the guy thought he was a suspect. but the book covers what it really does, a couple th
