st. michaels, and that area of fog should be dissipating over the next hour or so. and elsewhere, lots of sunshine showing up. further to the west, though, we do have some of the showers now into eastern kentucky, and central ohio. this is along the front. it will be drifting our way bringing in the clouds and the threat of rain here by later tonight, and during the day tomorrow. but right now, it's mild. it's climbing to around 60 throughout much of the region. they have the fog, and easton and cambridge, and it's in the low 50s there, and annapolis has fog around 50 degrees. get away from the fog and it's a much warmer temperature, and out of the mountains, some locations are climbing into the 60s out of western west virginia, but closer to washington it's cooler in the eastern part of the state. as we go forward here over the next 48 hours, that's tonight, these areas of green, we could have a few sprinkles, otherwise low clouds move in. during the day on thursday in the morning, this area of green is the zone of potential rain and that move in mid to late mornin
