many people in the st john's ambulance have the skills to help.en't done this before. we are all doing the best we can. we have seen pictures of the hospital being pieced together rapidly. what is your impression of it? it's incredibly impressive. i came here on tuesday for the first time. it was an empty hole. what the army and the nhs contractors have done in four days is amazing. it really does look like a hospital now. have you had to have any top up training ahead of this? certainly. all of our people are experienced first aiders. they are having an additional several days of training specific to this and they will be carefully mentored and managed by the nhs nurses in this hospital. does it feel daunting at the moment, thinking that at the moment it is a construction site but soon there will potentially be thousands of very pearly people in there?m will potentially be thousands of very pearly people in there? it is surprisingly calm. this is all uncharted territory for us. we haven't done this before. everybody is working towards patients co
