st. petersburg and tampa. all the roads are wet, slowing things down on the commute and some of the heaviest rain coming down right now is right over some of our bridges. i mean, you go over the mid span portion of the howard frankland down through gandy and that's a lot of rain, up into the town 'n' country area. as well. what i need you guys to understand is yes, you're talking about a tropical system but we've got tons of moisture in the atmosphere and it's not going to take much to get the showers to the ground. eastern hillsborough county, around plant city, it's raining southward on 39 and then you're heading to manatee and sarasota counties as the rain continues as well. this will be on and off throughout the day today. i do want you to anticipate the fact that coastal areas are going to get a lot of the next two days until this tropical depression, tropical storm, whatever it may turn into moves onshore, we're going to have to deal with this. so the forecast track didn't change much. they shifted it ju
