she's here at highland hospital where she's in stable condition. as of right now her name is not being released. >>> thank you. >> now to today's other big story. an early morning fire that lit up the sky. >> the four alarm fire broke out in an apartment complex under construction on valdez street at 24th street in oakland near broadway around 4:30 this morning. >> we have team coverage starting with abc 7 news reporter. >> reporter: a press conference just wrapped up here about 45 minutes ago. the deputy fire chief just confirmed that all people were accounted for in this fire. all pets were accounted for. behind me you see that building, that construction site where it all happened. neighboring homes and businesses next to it did sustain some damage. they are figuring out how to get the crane out of there and dousing hot spots. at 4:30 in the morning an under construction apartment formed an enormous fire. they forced a defensive stance because the crane took on heat which caused it to spin wildly. the scaffolding collapsed into the street below
