here in washington is taking a priority over staffing of field office it's around the country. at the federal beyond a reasonable doubt in the district providing security in the courtroom for judges and prisoners is taking priority over staffing the warrant squads that look for the fugitives. the judges want to see in their courtrooms, on any given federal courthouse that no deputy marshalls are outlooking for fugitives some of the outstanding warrants are coming from the dea, the fbi and of course the federal judges. the marshall service is responsible for providing security for the permissible counsel's office, as well as the deputy attorney general. now, one thing we have been able to confirm is that there was a shooting last saturday of a three-year-old at the apartment house on pomeroy road. we understand a man wanted for a gun charge in that case was actually wanted on one of these fugitive warrants out of the federal courthouse. he was wanted for escape. it's unclear exactly how old the warrant is but we can tell you that that man was arrested yesterday and he's now in c
