stairs, when coming from the under brush of this contested lot, i saw a coyote. i've seen racoons, pos onlies and yes, skunks, but this was the first time i had ever seen a coyote less than 50 fetus from me. we stared at each other out of shock or astonishment. i knew it was a coyote. a woman had photographed a coyote at twin peaks. she had an art show at the presidio and i went and saw those remarkable pictures. of course, this is a minor miracle that there would be any coyotes still able to sub survive in san francisco today. just as i was standing there in total awe and amazement, two tourists, i believe a couple speaking german, were starting to come down the stairs from the top and noticed the coyote and stopped dead in their tracks and they gripped each other's arms when they realized what they were seeing and there were tears in their ayes. all four of us, including the coyote just stood there in a silence i can only describe as sacred or spiritual. i am an ordained roman catholic deacon, and i know a holy moment when i experience it. and then the coyote v

commissioners this is the only design and you can see there was a back stair at the rather of the building and this guideline shows the building to the north and there was a bump out to that building. this is the rendering of what the original design would look like and i also just want to point out again, this rather bump now because it's relevant in terms of the design revision and is again, we weren't solved with this and neither were the neighbors and we thought this was the primary concern of neighbors. when we met we did a design revision, the neighbors were primarily kept obviously and wanted the building reduced in height and we thought that the concern was with the rather it's going to have the overhead again please? you can see what we propose was to basically do a step back in the back to lower it and to kind-of give the rather a more attractive appearance. we met with mr. breecher and he basically said he kind-of liked the way that we redesigned the back but the real concern is that wanted to lower the height of the building and wanted the building set back further from the str

always take it is stairs. when you go down the stairs hang on to the hand rails you will have people bump into you. pay attention to the floors, you have fourth floor, third floor, in case the lights go out you know you have 3 more floors. people think, i will go to the bottom until it stops. let's say you have 2 floors of parking you are under ground. sometimes it's a fire escape, never go up unless there is smoke down there and you can't go down. majority of the time don't go up. it's not like in tower interno where you go to the roof and the helicopters come pick you up u. notice fire department, work in pairs with 2 extinguishers. one extinguisher and the other person is a backup to get you out. that's an nert volunteer. never fight a fire if it's a large fire. large is over your head. if you are scared and it's too big, it's too large for you. if it's spread beyond where it started and blocking our escape route and you are unsure how to use an extinguisher. there are 4 types of fire it's on the label. on
