also stalled vehicle reported. i'll have details coming up. back to you. >> thank you. >>> crews are on the scene right now of two early-morning house fires in oakland. kristy seifkin is there with some good news about one of the families despite all the damage they sustained. good morning. >> reporter: good morning to you, grace. yeah, fire started just about 3:00 this morning on altura place which is off the edwards exit of 580. a woman awoke to the sound of crackling and flow in her win go because the in-law unit behind her property was in flames. the good news is she and her husband and their son were able to safely evacuate the building. but her brother, who lives in the in-law unit behind the house, at that time was unaccounted for. she tried to reach him on his cell phone but couldn't reach him. the good news is the fire was put out quickly in about 30 minutes. >> actually, the crew did an excellent job. it was fully involved with a lot of stuff inside, as well. they were able to get in and put it out. they did a great job. >> reporter:
