peter buetel joins us from stamford, connecticut, the president of cameron hanover and author of "survivingberg joins us from d.c., former u.s. ambassador to morocco. peter, start with you first, how quickly can the sidelined libyan oil get back on the market? we know the european market is hungry for this high quality crude to drive its economies. >> well, there's a great deal of disagreement on that. nobody's sure what state the oil fields are in. people are estimating some oil by the end of the year, some people have said as many as 18 months, but when this is their only export, their only hope of putting this government together, and tying this country up, i've got to think they're going to move heaven and earth to get it. i expect it's going to be a lot sooner than anybody guesses. i think that they're going to have some oil almost within a month and i think within a quarter they're going to have a decent amount. of course, they have to get into these oil fields and inspect them, go through all of that, but i would be willing to bet every european person who knows how to deal with this
