the group decided to not have a moderator or a chair, instead they appointed our own stan murray to have the most difficult job at all, to moderate the meetings, to keep people behaving. we listened and we learned a lot more. we should think sam for doing such an admirable job the city staff that kept plugging away was also at the monthly meetings and myself. we enjoyed this until it went on. we had our meetings at the plant and we talked about technology and we had experts. we have checked the topics to be current, timely, and for us to be responsive. in the report, we had all the meetings, agendas, and information. they work with us on the site selection and we will get into that briefly. some are unable to be here because they work out on business. the process was fair and open and i think that was one of the beautiful things, we were working together with them in a collaborative effort. also, moving a project forward is the highest priority. >> during the course of our 18 months, we sat through many meetings but all of that energy was focused, many of the task force members modified
