i'm thinking stanford shopping center outdoors, santana row in the south bay, outdoors and with housing. is that where hillsdale is going? yeah. you see a lot of the outdoors think stanford, stanford, a lot of residences. think santana row, even commercial sort of bringing everything together. so you're not just dependent on shoppers. okay. and speaking of the shoppers, any reaction from people? i'm one of the shoppers there. i like that idea. yeah. and the people we talked to like it too. they have flocked to that north part. you get a lot of the outdoor area right there, very outdoor. so you can see a fountain, you can see restaurants. the apple store is there. it's all very open. and we saw a lot o families with kids. easier to do that outdoors, especially on a nice day than indoors. and they say, hey, more of this. we'll take it. okay. how long is this makeover going to take? is this a ten month project or a five year project? it could be a while. they've got to tear down that whole southern thing anywhere south of like, 31st street is going to be torn down and remade. the plans exp
