the northern neck, bar, spotsylvania 5 inches at the courthouse, 2 to 3 inches around that region, stanton 6, winchester a trace, a trace at dulles and reagan national. there it goes. it was a fast moving clipper system but it had pulled in the colder air and in the wake of it as big winds kicked up we had some leftover snow and rain showers that mostly dissipated in the evening hours but continue a bit on the west side of the appalachians. here are the next three days. how about tomorrow at 48 degrees, no snow in the forecast, but that's a definite chill and a little bit below average. wednesday we bump it up to 60 degrees and some of our late models indicate it could be warmer. that is a nice trend. check out thursday at 67 degrees, probably the warmest and meses comfortable day of the week -- most comfortable day of the week. tonight and during the day tomorrow it's high pressure that will be ruling. as it is building, it will keep a breeze going which we're still noticing tonight. it quickly shifts off the coast tuesday night and on wednesday we start getting a southerly wind direction
