nice clear skies, you see on star trek or 2 and as we look at the set up, we have low pressure and highre squeezed together and the low pressure has tracked off toward the east and that is allowing the high pressure to build up so we've seen the wind decrease because we don't have the wind gradient anymore but we also have a dry stretch that's going to continue and bring us more of the sunny skies because the high pressure is increasing and building in. that's bad news for us on one front and that's that we need to get some rain and, we are running at a deficit right now where we should be this time of year. we get a lot of our rain november, december and january. we are just under 1 1/2 inches at the north bay which is 24 percent of normal. oakland and san jose barely anything so we really need to get a system in here but the high pressure will keep that from happening. if you look at the future cash you see a system coming our way sunday into monday just becoming clouds and we don't get any rain from that, we look toward mid week and the next one that rules it looks kind of good, but
