so, did you ever see that movie in star trek where scottie says to the computer, hello computer?et's see if it works. i have things to talk about here. there is a flood watch in place until sunday night at 10:00. but, this is a flood watch that has been issued almost with certainty to be replaced immediately when it expires on sunday night with another one. because next week, the bigger rain is getting here, particularly on tuesday, when we look at how much rain we have gotten since we started this, and this started yesterday, just before sunrise, so we are just about two days into this. we have already gotten an inch of rain in santa rosa. not bad. because we had our dry january, the ground now can absorb all of this pretty easily. minor roadway flooding but that is not coming back this weekend. until we get to early nec week. we haven't gotten a whole lot right here. when we get to the tuesday storm, localized road way, ponding of water. minor issues could become a concern anywhere on this map in green. let's look at what we have now in terms of what the radar looks like. this
