that the station, -- that at the station, i am not officers. they make up the staff that handles things such as conduct, website maintenance, all the facilities. i would be remiss if i did not mention the cadets who are here tonight. we have four cadets here who have been a godsend, have done a fantastic job for the station. we also have patrol units. we have 24-hour coverage. we have training officers, specialists, bicycle units and motorcycle units. finally, we have an investigative team that handles all my investigations. i have our resources unit. plainclothes unit. representing our night watch, my night watch the tenant -- -- my night watch lieutenantt. ingleside is also home to our ambassador program. we have three separate volunteers to come in and they make contact with some of the people making reports for crimes that cannot quite get assigned to the investigator team. they may be lower level crimes, but they are very unfortunate people who are victimized to make the report itself. they do a number of things. they make contact with the

-- basically the station itself is with the mta. we do have a lot of maintenance activities there. here on this slide, the access point to the park is treacherous. there is no sidewalk with stairwells coming out of the park into traffic. an issue that my colleagues will talk about shortly. again, to show you the photos of the bridge, underneath that we have the station. to give a sense of what is left with graffiti, the challenge this day to day. in terms of it being a huge maintenance burden, it is a daily sight for the writers on the line where thousands of people run by the abandoned station every day. again, just to get a quick estimate, we spend $50,000 annually on graffiti abatement. out of that $23,000 is estimated to be spent on the one muni station alone. the labor for cleaning up, the graffiti is not the only problem. but truly it is a bit of a public health nightmare in terms of it being a public latrine and all of the other issues that, despite our best efforts, are ongoing in that station. we can move on? that is it? th

and this took place as the shuttle was approaching the international space station below the space station and what the commander chris ferguson did was he actually did a back flip in space. he took the shuttle and the shuttle "atlantis" and flipped it over in space so that you could see from the space station the crew on space station could look at the underside, the belly of "atlantis." with three different cameras, 1,000 that they had cameras of all different lengths they were using to photo image the belly of the space shuttle just in case there was any damage to the thermal protection system there during the ascent. of course, all of those pictures will not be analyzed by mission managers but that's just such a cool piece of video to see a shuttle doing a back flip in space. we had to bring that to everybody. >> it's cool stuff. especially for us laymen, we know it has a lot of meaning for nasa and scientists there inspecting the skin of that shuttle. real quick, what will "atlantis" crew be doing? i know they've taken quite a hefty pay load. what will they do in the last visit? >> re

they got onboard the space station.o ten in all now onboard the space station and for the next several days, a lot of work to do. they will be transferring more than 7,000 pounds of equipment and supplies to stock up literally the pantry and the refrigerator on the space station so there'll be enough supplies to last the crews up there for a good year. now, what also happened earlier on sunday as the space shuttle "atlantis" was approaching and rendezvousing with the international space station, commander ferguson pitched over, literally pitched his space shuttle "at lant tis" over, flipped it over on its back so that the crew members onboard the station could use their cameras and image the belly of the space shuttle. the reason they wanted to do this was to make sure that there was no damage to any of the sensitive thermal tiles on the belly of the space shuttle as it was lifting off a couple of days ago from the kennedy space center. so, again, the space shuttle "atlantis" now firmly docked to the space station. the
