i acknowledge the risks that lars and stefan talk about, but in my mind they are relatively marginal. we have had disciplined system policy for a long time so we don't have a public debt issue at all. i remain confident we will get back to 2.5%. it will take us a bit of time. it is going to be a gradual process. because it is gradual, people my lower inflation expectations. if we are shooting for 2.5 and we make gradual progress towards that, i don't think we're going to see a persistent decline in inflation expectations. there is a risk that happens. balancing that risk against the risks that would come from pursuing a policy that would pursue a more rapid return of inflation to 2.5%, and in the environment we have been in, the risks have been quite large, we are trying to get inflation more quickly. 1.75 to 2, i think we can live with that for a while. it would be mainly through people bahrain more money that people borrowing more money and -- it would be mainly through people borrowing more money and having higher asset prices. high levels of debt, very high levels of asset prices.
