steffi, what do you think? is the audience right? >> i think they are pretty close actually. i would start by giving a general sense of where the global economy is right now and then where asia sits in that context. i think there is a lot of discussion right now about a much weaker outlook for 2019. i think some of the negative sentiment, what some have referred to as darkening skys is maybe a little bit overstated. the i.m.f. came out earlier this week and came out with their latest update for growth. actually they do show global growth weakening relative to this year, or the past year, but there isn't a strong revision in the outlook versus where we were in the fall and i think if you look at the nd of country-specific drivers of relative growth, at least the i.m.f. is where they were in their fall forecast. they have not written down the u.s. growth outlook or the chinese growth outlook. i would put europe which is not the topic of today's panel but europe is where you see some of the vulnerabilities and growth written down more strongly. it is in that context of the outlo
