i am glad that we have started the process of examining stella early. we know that december 2014 will be here before we know it. it is important to have an opportunity to have a discussion and determine if the law needs to be reauthorized or revealed -- repealed. obligation tohe review this law. changedunication has radically and is constantly evolving. i hope this is the continuation of a thoughtful public debate surrounding the video marketplace. i look forward to hearing from our witnesses....
