on the waze app i found l hayes talking about this broken traffic light on stenton avenue in the cityup saul street. look at these temperatures. it's only 9 degrees in quakertown and pottstown, 13 degrees in center city. it's another frigid start to the day. 11 in hammonton, 12 in dover. feels like minus three in the city so a cold start to the day even though we'll have a high of 26 it won't feel that warm quote/unquote tam. >> thank you, karen. new this morning, a computer outage left air travelers coast to coast waiting for hours. u.s. customs and border protection says its processing systems at airports went out for two hours. international travelers had to be processed in a different way than normal so that caused a backlog. the outage is over and it was not malicious. security databases were available the whole time. >> investigators with the u.s. national transportation safety board are joining the investigation into the tourist plane crash in costa rica. 10 americans were killed including families with ties to our area. university of pennsylvania student william steinberg died

math latourneau's at 11:00 in the chestnut hill neighborhood at the oxford presbyterian church on stenton avenue. what a sad coincidence and those pictures, and a lot of the fire fighters i'm talking to are intend to go somehow go to both funerals at the same time and, wow that really hits you in the gut. we always, seem to be burying fire fighters, more than one at a time, often they will get killed in bunches like the eight people killed at the refinery fire or to see the meridian fire since i have been here a fire fighters, you know, fire in his house, two fire fighters killed there, two fire fighters killed in kensington when wall collapsed on them and even though they weren't working together still they did work together at that firehouse, two fire fighters being buried, the same time again. i wanted to bring that up and pay tribute to retired lieutenant claude smith hoe was so well loved, all these wonderful store business him. even people after he retired would come back to the firehouse and mentor people like cristina skylshore was first to tell me this i can hear bagpipers playin
