we'll send it out to steph chuang. you're out there, it's very cold this morning yet we saw somebody out there with no shirt on. what was going on to cause the closure of the freeway in san francisco? >> the good news for commuters getting on the road today is that the situation has been resolved, chp saying it will be reopening, southbound 28. here on pennsylvania avenue, you can see that it's been closed, this on-ramp to 280 south from cesar chavez. i just saw the patrol car drive the opposite direction on the freeway to help resolve getting the cones out of the way. we're hearing it could be maybe ten minutes or so when the 280 southbound lanes are back open this morning. now earlier what caused this was a man standing on the freeway. this was at the 280/101 junction. the good news is around 15 minutes ago police were able to safely take him into custody, ending what was maybe going to cause a traffic nightmare pore those trying to get into 280 south, especially in san francisco where everyone was being diverted. 28
