our stephanie elam is along the front lines. stephanie, what's happening right now where you are? >> jake, we've been out here all night, all morning to watch what's going on. i can tell you that the fire here called the springs fire, we've been watching it burn coming down the side of the mountain here. it's getting closer here. further side we saw it burn all the way down to the pacific coast highway, jump over the highway and realize there's the pacific ocean and nowhere for it to go. but firefighters are letting this burn because it's not threatening any property. in other parts they are looking to make sure no homes are in danger. one other interesting thing that we've seen happen here is that there are fire trucks coming in here on this part of the pch which is closed to traffic right now because of these fires. and they are coming from all over california. we just saw trucks coming in from san bernardino. we saw one from big bear. they're coming in to help assist with the fires here because it is so big. and california has a unique system where as fires burn, fire trucks wi

stephanie link, anthony, simon baker, and john. so how about that, simon baker, is it time to play more offense? >> i think you have to play offense in this market. there's a conference in miami last week with about 25 high net worth investors. i said, who is waiting for the pullback. 12 of them are. the moveback comes back so quickly. last one, you know, was up 2, 300 points, the other one was up 500 points. you have to be nbt market. you have to talk about whether you want to be in the market. stephanie and i have been talking for a while about being any cyclicals away from the the defensive stocks. in terms of what i'd like to trade, i think i would use the etfs. long etf and technology and short the staples. it's a good hedge. it's a pair trade. i think you need to be long. >> stephanie, the statement from goldman out today in the note cyclicals are more undervalued relative to defensives than at any time in the past 15 years. does that mean it's time to go hunting for some risk? >> i think so. we started to see this two weeks
