stephanie coueignoux is live at the police station this morning. stephanie, police called off their chase shortly before that pursuing this allegedly stolen suv after it was speeding down 290. but they stopped that chase after it got off of the highway. however, a trooper found it again, partially stuck inside a home. and i want to show you some video of just after that happened. these were given to me by the homeowner's son. this is a house on hudson street. in these photos you can see the black suv sticking out of the front door. thankfully nobody was hurt but was so bad they now have to find a new place to stay. what's so heartbreaking is they might have to actually split up the family while they wait for their home to be fixed just days before thanksgiving. the homeowner's son was the first person up and ran down the stairs. he overheard the two suspects arguing before they ran off. >> one of them said that they should stay, it was an accident they should stay and deal got to go, we've got to go, and they ran. >> reporter: susan told me that rig

stephanie coueignoux is live in canton this morning. stephanie you're standing close to something that hopefully will keep thieves at bay. >> reporter: yeah these are actually package delivery lockers. we're standing at a sunoco in canton, we're outside of the convenience store location part of it. you can see the yellow lockers behind me, these are owned by amazon. when you order something online through amazon you can choose a different number of optionsen where you delivered. this is one of them. you can have it packaged and delivered to one of these lockers you punch in a code here on the screen they give you and you open up the locker and you get your package that way. in fact, police say this is actually a much safer way to make sure that your packages aren't stolen. they say if you deliver it to your home. you may be taking that chance. in fact, cambridge police say so far this year, they've had more than 116 package thefts. and 30 in just the last two follow delivery trucks and go back to the same neighborhoods to steal the packa

fox 25 stephanie coueignoux is live outside of boston police headquarters. and this morning, stephanie, we know the man killed in this shooting is actually the father of twin boys himself? >> reporter: yeah. and the family when speaking with fox 25 so incredibly emotional as you can imagine. and what's so devastating is they say they still haven't been able to see his body. police telling me this is an active investigation but so anyone. these shootings happened just before 5:00 yesterday on ames street in dorchester. when police arrived, they found those two men in their late 20s with gunshot wounds. with nonlife-threatening injuries, the other, dantley leonard, was rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. his brother, dan lee, said they wouldn't let him see his body because he was an organ donor it's something he said only adds to their grief. >> that's the closest person to me is my twin brother. they gave us a number to call. and now they're saying we can't even really see or identify my brother. >> reporter: also this morning, police still no

fox25's stephanie coueignoux live for us this morning. police consider her death suspicious. >> reporter: that's what they are saying but they are not releasing any more information beyond that. still a lot of questions remain including who that woman is, how she died, and even lived here. taking a look behind me, this is where they found her body. again, this is the entrance on exchange street. the rita hall apartments and they found her body yesterday morning. a spokeswoman for the d's office said the woman's death again is considered suspicious that they also said some time today that the medical examiner is expected to release how the woman died. according to the da's office, the woman died between 5 and 7 between 50 and 60 years old and she was actually found completely clothed including a black wool coat, her sneakers and her jewelry. as of this point, the da's office is not saying whether they have any suspects. we will continue to reach out to the da's office to the ones handling this investigation, and once we get a little later

fox25's stephanie coueignoux is live in new -- dirt bikers. fox25's stephanie coueignoux is live where police arrested nine people in this incident. >> they were creating a menace throughout the city driving on sidewalks as children were getting ready to trick or treat. all of this happening last intersection. i want to let you know that sergeant trinidad was still in the hospital recovering from serious but thankfully nonlife-threatening injuries. police say that a group of dirt bikers were riding dangerously throughout the city and 30 to 40 dirt bikes were at that intersection when some of them ran through that red light. police eventually arrested those riders about four miles away at the former flag ship police say when the officers were arresting those riders that is when one of them, 24-year-old carlos gonzalez ran sergeant trinidad over with his dirt bike. gonzalez is charged with a number of counts including assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. police arrested eight other men. all nine are scheduled to appear in court and still

stephanie coueignoux live in new bedford and, stephanie, you spoke with the men who spotted the bikers right before the crash. >> stephanie: he told us it was very scary and sinking feeling before all of this began. he told us about this park, washington square park, this is where he saw a number of those riders and taking a look behind me. he said some of them were at the park and see one of the tracks from the dirt bike right here behind last night when about 30 to 40 bikers on atv's and dirt bikes stopped at this busy intersection at route 18 in elm street and according to southcoast today, bikers ran through red line and that's when police started following them. police eventually stopped the riders at flagship cinema on kings highway and that's when one of the riders, 24-year-old trinidad over with his bike. before all of this unfolded again he saw the group of bikers riding down the street and he says that he felt like something was going to happen. >> stopped all traffic and they just proceeded. however, they felt like they were and rest of city didn't matter. >> police gonzalez

fox25's stephanie coueignoux live in lawrence this morning with more on what we know so far. good morning, stephanie >> reporter: well, gene, investigators say her death is suspicious. they are not saying how she died. that is one of the biggest questions. the other big question is how she ended up outside this apartment complex. taking a look behind me, you can see the exterior. the brick apartment complex on exchange street in lawrence, and she was found outside yesterday morning, but investigators haven't said, and they do not know whether she lives here or whether her body was just found here. photographer pan down the street to give you an idea just the sense of what this street looks like. it is lined with houses up and down the street, so perhaps someone in one of these houses might have seen something yesterday. now a spokeswoman for the essex county da's office said the woman's death is suspicious. they are not saying how she died because they are saying they don't want to compromise this investigation; however, the medical examiner is expected to determine today. we

fox 25's stephanie coueignoux has more on the reason she told police she was twice the legal limit. >>> according to this police report, mary flanagan told police that she drank wine to help with her workout. she's a longtime high school teacher in westborough and the superintendent says they're now working to figure out where to go interest here. early saturday evening, just outside whalen high school after sobbing to -- responding to a three vehicle crash. flanagan admitted to drinking two glasses of wine. the official report quotes her as saying, i was at the pool and i was like, i drank some wine, so i could do more laps. according to one of the drivers involved in the crash, flanagan crossed into on coming traffic, hit two vehicles and tried to drive off. nobody was hurt. upon inventory of her vehicle, i suter home wine, both containers were half empty. westborough superintendent amber bock told fox 25, because this is a personnel issue, she can't comment on whether flanagan is still teaching. this high school student told us, teachers are people, and they make mistakes. >> i don

fox 25's stephanie coueignoux met the young man who said he was working to return to his home country. >> the reporter: it was here on north main street, where sergio lacone was hit by a car and tabling a look behind me, you can see sign at the spot bar and lacone recently moved here to brockton from honduras, so he could earn more money and send it back home. this man says sergio lacone was incredibly proud of his children and wife and spoke of them often. >> he used to send home his money to them, tried to build a house an everything. >> the reporter: lacone was taken off life support monday morning, after he was hit by a car, while crossing north main prosecutors say milton gonecalls, the husband and father of four, turned himself in two days after the hit-and-run and confessed on tape to hitting lacone and driving off. >> he stated he had no way to stop and tried to brake but hit the person. he stated it happened very fast and that he struck the person and proceeded to panic andreoff home. >> the reporter: the defense said, gonecalls is extremely upset and hasn't slept since the h
