i'm stephanie rothman. we start that breaking news out of the east bay. the shelter-in-place order has been lifted for residents across martinez pacheco, clyde and the surrounding areas. it was originally issued in response to the fire at the martinez refining company. >> that fire broke out at the facility just before 2 this afternoon. crews say flames are winding down this evening, but 6 people were injured at the refinery video shows smoke bellowing from the refinery on pacheco boulevard. and crews say the black smoke is the result of a harmful gas called hydrocarbon. that has come busting from the flare. we've got team coverage tonight on this story. kron four's lindsey ford has reaction. but first, kron 4 shock moment is live in martinez tonight with the very latest jack. >> yeah, that's right, stephanie. after more than 8 hours that shelter-in-place order is finally lifted, meaning people can finally leave their homes if they choose to do so. but while this fire dies down, we still have some injuries to report. like you said, 6 people were injured.
