. >> thank you for joining us at kron. 4 news at 10. i'm stephanie rothman. we start that breaking news out of the east bay. the shelter-in-place order has been lifted for residents across martinez pacheco, clyde and the surrounding areas. it was originally issued in response to the fire at the martinez refining company. >> that fire broke out at the facility just before 2 this afternoon. crews say flames are winding down this evening, but 6 people were injured at the refinery video shows smoke bellowing from the refinery on pacheco boulevard. and crews say the black smoke is the result of a harmful gas called hydrocarbon. that has come busting from the flare. we've got team coverage tonight on this story. kron four's lindsey ford has reaction. but first, kron 4 shock moment is live in martinez tonight with the very latest jack. >> yeah, that's right, stephanie. after more than 8 hours that shelter-in-place order is finally lifted, meaning people can finally leave their homes if they choose to do so. but while this fire dies down, we still have some injuries
