stephanie is live from concord with the latest. stephanie, good morning. >> good morning. lot of people have been stopping by the memorial here along treat boulevard to add to the flowers and candles and messages. today they will get their chance to say their final goodbyes at that funeral service this morning in antioch. family members of the two victims say they are focused on the healing and not on the release of the 17-year-old driver who was accused of killing their loved ones. he was picked up yesterday afternoon by his parents from juvenile hall in martinez. prosecutors had two business days to file charges against the teen but are waiting for police to wrap up their investigation and that could take at least a couple more weeks. family members of the 41-year-old man and his 9-year-old daughter say they understand it will be a long process and they are leaving it in the hands of the legal system. so far police say the teen driver may have been speeding. they are checking cell phone records to see if he may have within distracted. they are also waiting for toxicology
