ktvu david stephenson live now in the city with late details. >> prosecutors aren't talking right now, but we've learned the suspect in this case turned himself in at about 2:00 to this jail and was booked at about 3:15 on charges of felony vehicular manslaughter and felony hit and run. the 58-year-old san francisco recreation and parks gardener was arrested september 5th. police say he ran over christine as she lay sunbathing with her then ten month old daughter in a park. the baby was not injured. after hitting her, he continued driving to a nearby rec and park building. he was arrested that day and freed on a $25,000 bond. now, the district attorney's office previously indicated to ktvu it's been awaiting the results of toxicology tests before filing any charges. the death brought complaints from holli park neighbors who said other park workers frequently veered from paved paths to drive across the paths. rec & park officials told ktvu there have been only four incidents in the past two decades involving pedestrians and park vehicles. again, at this hour, he is inside the jail that
