steve: thanks. well, the first five baruch college fraternity brothers charged in the death of michael deng appeared in a pennsylvania courtroom today arraigned on hazing, hindering apprehension and criminal conspiracy. they were released on bail. deng, a freshman, killed during a hazing ritual. 32 frat members are suspected in the hazing death. authorities say they plan to arrest them in waves. dari: a new york man is behind bars for making repeated attempts to join isis. federal agents arrested the 22-year-old in queens. they say that he used twitter to post messages that he was ready to join the islamic state. documents show in the past year he's made multiple attempts to travel to the middle east. all unsuccessful, including trying to get to syria. his parents got wind of it and took away his passport. steve: the fate of an american soldier who could days desertion charges is being defeated. sergeant bowe bergdahl left his post in 2009. at the time, he had expressed bergdahl was captured by the
