pam, steve?eve) a yuba county sheriff's deputy was responding to what he thought was a domestic dispute wednesday...(pam) but what deputy arthur williams found inside an apartment was far from that. the deputy responded, after a concerned neighbor called the police... but when he got to the apartment-- instead of finding a couple having a disagreement, he found a soon- to- be father in a panic... and the mother in labor. the sheriff's department says, that the baby wasn't waiting... williams called for medical aid... he then guided the mother to the couch where he delivered the baby. (deputy arthur williams/yuba county sheriff's deputy): "this is definitely the first time. i've done a lot of things in my career. i was a gang detective for a while, i worked in a jail, i've done a lot of things, but never delivered a baby." the family -- and deputy williams -- welcomed a healthy five- pound, 12- ounce harley rose to the world.
