steve: okay.his idea of redefining what a child is for this one child tax credit? >> many children in america are in a nontraditional living arrangement but importantly, under current law. children are already eligible for the child tax credit if they live with a grandparent, with an aunt, an uncle and of course with their parents. what democrats are seeking to do with this proposal is to expand the definition of child specifically for this child tax credit and not in other areas of the tax code or in our legal system. so that people who, for example, are caring for the child of a family friend or nonrelative to be eligible for the child tax credit and the challenge there, of course, is that you are beginning down a slippery slope. when you have a blood relation to a child, that's easy to prove or if you have a child who is in your care through the foster system, that's also an easy to prove, very straightforward relationship. changing the definition here and not in other areas going to create a r

steve: sure. they talked to the police out in moab, they said, you know, we don't want to press charges. they said you know what? the cops said we are just going to separate you. brian, you stay in a hotel and gabby slept in the van that night and apparently the next day they were on their way. but it's interesting, moab police are saying they are not ruling anything out because apparently two days after that report newly wed couple was found shot to death in south mesa which is not too far away? is there a connection? carley: yeah, so the timeline is very interesting, steve. so, the altercation between gabby and brian happened on august 12th. the last time that that newly wed couple was seen was the next day in the very area that the altercation between gabby and brian took place. and then i believe it was five days later that the newly wed couple's bodies were found riddled with bullets. there was some competing timelines on the dates as to when the couple -- very shortly after that fight. so, y

steve: no.the body cam footage in the police report, they rule that gabby was the aggressor because there were scratches on brian's face and a witness did corroborate that saying gabby was the one that hit brian. but then when you listen to the 911 call. it's the total opposite. so something doesn't really jive there. the other thing that was said that you hear in the body camera footage that i thought was notable is that police asked gabby why she got into a fight with brian. and she gave a couple of reasons. she was upset. she was crying. in one of them she said she was trying to start this youtube career and her boyfriend didn't really think she could do it. so, clearly you can tell that this was a toxic and possibly unsupportive relationship as well. ainsley: that 911 call when the guy says he sought boyfriend slapping gabby, that was on august 12th. is that what led to the video we were just showing of police approaching them on the side of the road. carley: yeah, that's exactly right. i'm
