baker and ashley parker and ben rhodes. let's go back to the big board and national political correspondent steve kornacki. what's going on in georgia with the sonny perdue case? >> we keep watching this presidential race tighten in georgia as more of those votes come in. 13,000 trump's lead over biden, but the senate race also is tightening. not in a way -- it's not about is ossoff going to catch perdue here. it's about this perdue number which we have at 50.0 right now. if that drops anywhere below 50.0, 49.9, then there's a runoff election. you have to get 50% to win the election outright for a senate race in georgia. otherwise, perdue versus ossoff becomes a runoff. just the situation here in. we keep talking about biden drawing closer and closer to trump in the presidential race with these votes being counted in georgia. we're not sure if biden is going to overtake trump and win the state, but it does seem likely he's going to get a little closer. and if this goes any closer, we've got to work out the decimal points to see if you work it out enough, this could be under 50 right now. anything under 50,
