markets in just a moment with cnbc contributor carol robb, tee seymour here for the party but first we have breaking news on wells fargo. what's happening, steven. >> federal reserve and fdic commenting on the wells fargo living will. these living wills mandated by dodd-frank reform legislation that basically a bank to put out a plan to resolve itself in the event of a crisis and they're saying that wells fargo living will is a standard. about as close to accepting the plan. they say there are shortcomings and don't specify them and said it's been specified in a letter they're not providing. in 2015, they called it the bigger banks not credible. and so this is very different. this wells is obviously a smaller bank than the bigger 11 coming out and what's happening the fed not rejecting or accepting and saying that the plan is okay. and that's in contrast to the bigger plans which the fdic pretty much rejected flat out. we'll have other smaller banks to come in the days ahead from fed and whether or not they've accepted their plans. >> steve, just to be clear again. my audio is spotty right now. wells fargo is getting the okay from regulators h
