clark. let's talk about the weather. here's steve. >> not much has changed. we're just stuck -- if your by the coast it's okay but inland it's hot. there's been a northwest breeze for some on the mendocino lake county. red flag warning until tomorrow morning. the forecast high is for temperatures around 106 in redding. the smoke held it in the upper 90s for a while. mendocino and also into the lake county complex, temperatures are getting hot again. no way around it. it's in the 90s to 100's. 63 in the west. there's your northwest up in lion's valley, northwest 24. that's what laz been running that fire is the northwest wind. keep an eye on things here, a lot of low clouds and plenty to go around. still a decent breeze for some and not too bad for others. you can see higher clouds coming up. a mix of sun and clouds. temperatures 50s and 60s on your temperatures and water temperatures are really cold. bodega bay made it to 49. that keeps the coast and city on cold conditions. a lot of activity down south but it's staying down south. for now, the low clouds and

clark. let's go right to steve with the weather. >> it is either foggy or hot. let's go up to tahoe first. >> are we really? >> i believe so. why not? they have had some good thunderstorms the last couple of days. most of this was off to the east and south. it looks much drier going forward here. maybe friday but today looks to be immediately cloudy. although almost 59. that's pretty warm. reno is already at 70. this gap is 71 degrees. that tells you there's some pretty warm air today. they are looking for a high today around 90 in south lake tahoe. the high-pressure is not as favorable for thunderstorm activity as it was the last couple of days. there is a lot of fog around here. some breaks already towards sfo. today will be the warmest day. this might be the one occasion where livermore and concord hit 100 degrees this month that is the only time. we'll see. it will be close. palo 80, 88. -- palo alto, 88. fog will keep the coast in the city in the 60s. inland, those temps will bump up pretty close. look for temperatures to range anywhere from about 64 to 104

clark. let's talk about our weather. steveaulson is here with some answers. >> maybe we'll get some snow this winter. we have lower snow levels as well. we have fog, plenty of it -- moving inland. some areas , i don't know how it will warm up when you have that much fog spreading north to south. many areas will be cooler. there is an onshore wind at napa, fairfield, and davis. that is not there yesterday. that is one sign. even a west wind from hayward to livermore, that is all usually translating to a cooler pattern. temperatures go had a high of 61, 5 degrees -- san francisco had a high of 61, 5 degrees below normal. today, i don't expect it to get above 61 62 degrees, to be honest. there is too much fog in the water temperatures are really, really cold. when you see 52 to 54 or 53 degrees from san francisco to buoy, some tropical clouds might sneak through to arizona and new mexico. the fog is here in the sierra. in between anywhere from 56 to 90's and 100 degrees. >>> we are doing well but i want to mention one part of the
