clark. let's talk about the weather. steve is off today, so let's talk to rosemary. >>> as we get into the afternoon, we have a an opportunity coming our way to see the cloud cover over the state of california, northern california is already seeing some of that rain and as we get into the evening hours, the bay area showers as well as sierra snow giving you a look here at sfo. temperatures are off to a mild start. most of us are locked in the 50s this morning. mid to upper 50s at sfo and downtown san francisco. in the north they, santa rosa and nap in the 50s. santa rosa is the upper 50s for the east bay shore of oakland. san jose is at 57 degrees. mostly just a few degrees of where we started yesterday morning. here's a look at the visibility issue we have in areas of the north bay. around highway 11, we will have it be very thick in some areas. it is darker in grade near highway 1 for the entire coastline. all the way through san mateo. perhaps into monterey, you will see some thick fog there as we go into the morning drive.
