abc's steve osansami has more. >> reporter: denise wilson is every day people.aukee, cameras installed by the county were rolling when she saw something on center street that kept her from finishing her shift. a 5-year-old boy, no shoes and barely anything on, wandering after midnight in the freezing cold. she decides to bring him in. >> you okay? you still cold? little cold? >> i took my coat, wrapped him up. >> reporter: she could have kept driving. let it be some one else's problem. she was on break. she searches her pockets for cash and runs across the street to get the boy something to eat. >> he came out of nowhere. nowhere. i happened to look over. heard him crying. >> reporter: police say the child had gotten away from his family by mistake and was lost in the streets. he went home safely that night. all thanks to a wonderful human being out driving the streets of milwaukee. >> if we are there to help, you know ability or means to do it. that's what we are supposed to do. happy i made the stop. i say god puts us in places he need us at time. >> right pla
